Fitness Journal Day One

Ten minutes on the elliptical - 80 calories
Ten minutes on the bike - 40 calories

120 calories burned. It's an uphill battle.

Breakfast: 380 calories

English Muffin - 100 calories
Pork Roll - 130 calories
1 Slice of Cheese - 80 calories
Fried Egg - 70 calories

Lunch - Who Knows!?

Left-over chicken salad and bacon from last night's club sandwich (the bread was soggy).
Lettuce with a little shredded cheese
Small Tomatoes (2)
TB Olive Oil - 120 calories
TB Balsamic Vinegar (2) - 20 calories (10 each)

Home-made sugar cookie dough (Thank you Amanda Grace for this impromptu baking moment of weakness).

I figure that with that little blunder I am close to 1,200 calories.

Dinner - why bother?

It doesn't matter what I eat for dinner. Maybe I won't eat at all. Tonight I will think ahead and go to the grocery store.

Tomorrow is a new day, thank the Lord.
