Birthday Food

Cap't Crunch French Toast

Bowtie Pasta with Sundried Tomatoes and Crab Recipe

Grocery list:

Bow-tie or pasta of your choice
Half pound to one pound of Snow Crab legs (Dungeness will work, but harder to de-shell)
Sun-dried tomato alfredo sauce (2 jars)
Hand-full of Julienne sun dried tomatoes (buy in bag or slice yourself) Fresh Cilantro
Lemons (2)
Chopped garlic
Scallions (optional)

Steam the crab legs and de-shell.
Cook the past (add some olive oil to the water) til done and drain. Heat the sauce.
Mix together all ingredients, adding sauce to desired consistency. Chop up some cilantro and mix in (make sure not to add too much…..fresh cilantro can be strong) Top with lemon zests and some parmesianna reggianno

And voila!! Bon Appetite!!
