Meal Planning

Cheesy Hash Browns
Serves 8-10

1 package shredded hash browns
1 can of cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
¾ cup sour cream
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup butter, melted


Topping:
1.5 cups corn flakes, crushed
2 TB butter


My version
almost 1 package
1 can cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup muenster cheese
2 TB sour cream
No Onions
No Butter
3 slices of ham, diced

Topping:
2 pieces of white bread crumbs
2 TB butter
¼ cup parmesan cheese

Bake at 350 degrees (with nonstick cooking spray) for 45 minutes or until hash brown are tender.
